2000 was the Am Staffs first year competing and they did well, placing second overall at the AWDF Battle of The Breed, National Team Championship in Peoria Arizona, 2000.   Craig Perdue and his SchH 1 "Sweet Pea" were High SchH 1 in trial, High Track in trial (100) and High Bitch in trial.
